General Home Inspection
A general home inspection is a visual evaluation of the structure and systems of a home with the purpose to discover any issues with the home that are not performing correctly, are unsafe or could cause problems in the future. Christner Home Inspection abides by but is not necessarily limited to Internachi’s Standard or Practices. John’s inspections include at the minimum the following components: •Roof, vents, flashing, and trim •Basement, foundation, and crawlspace •Heating systems and vent temperature checks •Cooling and vent temperature checks (if the exterior temperature allows) •Main water supply and shut off valves •Interior plumbing fixtures and faucets •Drainage sump pumps with accessible floats •Electrical panels, breakers, and fuses •Insulation and ventilation •Radon Testing performed by a certified third party firm upon request, for an additional charge. •Pest inspections performed by a certified third party firm upon request, for an additional charge.
